So this morning, after I finished my morning yoga and meditation practice, I looked at my phone, and I had a text message from a friend saying, ""Congratulations, you beat your own prediction to 50, now onwards to the next 75."" And I didn't understand what was happening till I opened Instagram, and I noticed that, wow, we've now crossed 50,000 followers. That's pretty interesting.

So thank you very much. Thank you for all the support and enthusiasm in following ""A Little Something About Everything."" And the way this whole series came up is my wife once told me that, ""Hey, you've got so much stuff in your head, and if you can boil it down to less than 90 seconds and explain it to people, that's something that you should actually do."" And for once, I listened to her. I usually don't, but for this once, I listened to her, and that's how this series came about.

I'm not a professor, even though the hashtag says Professor Proton. Professor Proton came from a talk I gave in New York City on the Physics of Pranayama, and that's where this tagline, the Professor Proton, came. By training, I'm a chemical engineer. I have a PhD in chemical engineering.
