Hi! Shoutout to my friend Ashutosh Shastri for introducing me to this signal processing technique called Phase Locking. Now, Phase Locking is done when the intensity of the signal is much less than the intensity of the surrounding noise. Phase Locking extracts the signal from within the noise.

Interestingly, a similar thing happens in advanced meditation techniques called Sanyam. Now, Patanjali has explained what Sanyam is in his Yoga Sutras, Chapter 3. When Sanyam is done on a certain object, information about a wide variety of things can be downloaded, essentially. For example, Patanjali gives a clue. When Sanyam is done on the Surya Nadi, which is the right nostril, information about the solar system can be instantly downloaded.

Very interestingly, if you watch "The Matrix," Trinity does the same thing. When Trinity has to fly a helicopter, she just downloads the method of flying a helicopter, which is just Sanyam in action. It is amazing. It all boils down to Phase Locking and how signal can be extracted from noise. It is amazing.
