Resolutions!

Happy New Year. This is the time for resolution. We can just say Happy New Resolution. It's the same as saying Happy New Year. But this year, if you want to make your resolutions count, make them small, bite-sized resolutions. Rather than saying, “I'm going to lose 10 pounds,” or “I'm going to hit the gym 5 days a week,” simply say, “I'm going to hit the gym tomorrow.”
“I'm going to start eating at least one meal, slightly smaller portion than I normally do.”
Very small, manageable resolutions. Why? Because the mind will manage to complete them, and success breeds success. It's like this: [Music] So what he's saying is, fill your wings with the intention of getting through tomorrow, and then that intention will be powerful enough to make you soar. Bite-sized resolutions.
