Hi, welcome to another edition of "A Little Something About Everything." The Physics of Pranayama talk is a 90-minute session. On this session, we peel the curtain back on the three-stage pranayama as taught by the Art of Living Foundation. We look at the physics behind it. We look at the subtle improvements in the hand positions that can be made, and also the subtle tweaks that we can make to the breathing technique to take our pranayama practice to a totally new level. And we also look at the insight behind why the counts are four, four, six, and two.
