Next, add a little bit of water to cook the carrots and onions. Next goes in the lemon. Squeeze the lemon into the mix. And use some water to wash off the lemon juice from the hand so that it goes in. Stir, put on medium flame, and cover with a lid to cook the carrots and the onions and the peanuts a little bit. Since the onions and carrots are finely chopped, it takes maybe 2 minutes for them to cook.
Next, we add the millet. And stir the millet into the mixture that we have already prepared—the onions, the carrots, peanuts. Just stir it in. Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, remove the lid. Switch off the flame. Garnish with a little bit of coriander.
