Millet Upma 1of4

Hi, welcome to another episode of "A Little Something About Everything." Today, we will make some hot breakfast. This is upma, but we'll make it with millets, and the millets I'm going to use are Pearled Foxtail Millets. You can get these in any Indian store. They're organic. So we'll use this, and I'll show you how to make upma with it.

These are the ingredients that we need: 1/3 cup cooked millets, 1/2 of a small onion finely chopped, 1 medium carrot finely chopped, a handful of peanuts, some chilies, curry leaves, and a quarter lemon.

We start with a little bit of oil. I've used avocado oil. We put it on high flame and add half a teaspoon of mustard seeds, and cover it till the mustard seeds start spluttering. The mustard seeds have started spluttering. Reduce the flame to low and add the peanuts.
