Microcosm & Macrocosm

Hi! Welcome to another episode of "A Little Something About Everything." In the Puranas, which were written 8,000 years ago, there is a shloka that says, "Yat Pinde, Tat Brahmande." It means that whatever is inside of you is also outside in the universe. This was written 8,000 years ago.

Here's a statement from Professor Richard Feynman. He's a Nobel Prize-winning physicist, and here's what he has to say. I'm going to read it out: "Nature uses only the longest threads to weave her patterns, so that each small piece of her fabric reveals the organization of the entire tapestry."

Isn't it amazing? Professor Feynman and the Puranas—they're saying the same thing. Observing the small portion of the universe, even observing simply our own body, gives us insight into the extreme vastness of the universe. It's amazing.

That's it for this episode. See you on the next one. Bye!
