Memory Palace!!
Transcript:
Have you heard of the memory palace of Sherlock Holmes? It's a concept where people make a story and add facts to the story so that it's easier to remember the facts. For example, in astrology, there is a story that the moon has 27 wives. So, this story is very unique. Why this story was made? Because when you observe the rising of the moon, the background nakshatra every day at the moonrise is different. And it's different only 27 times, after which the cycle repeats. So, there are 27 distinct nakshatras that the moon visits every day. This is why the story was made, so that you can remember this fact.
But it's one thing to make a story, and the other thing is to recall the story. For example, in physics: ""Twinkle, twinkle, little star, power equals I squared R."" But in the examination hall, if you say, ""Little star up in the sky, power equals R squared I,"" that's when you're done.
So, make the story so that it is easy to recall.
