Chai or Tea but Never Both!!

Transcript:

Now that Starbucks has a CEO of Indian origin, we can finally put a stop to this nonsense called "chai tea." There's no such thing as chai tea. It's either chai or it's tea. Depending on how the leaf reaches the destination, the name changes like this: If the leaf arrives via the sea, it's called tea. If the leaf arrives via land, it's called chai. It's never used interchangeably. "Chai tea"—it's either chai or it's tea. Definitely not chai tea in the same sentence. Stop it.

But there's more to making chai than simply boiling water. There's a whole science behind it. I wrote an article on it. It's on Medium.com. The link is in the bio, or it's in the description if you're on YouTube—bio if you're on Insta.
